Shawn Fitzpatrick

Shawn Fitzpatrick currently serves as Associate Director of Software Engineering at Exscientia, where responsibilities include architecting end-to-end solutions for IoT laboratory automation devices alongside a development team. Previously, Shawn co-founded Nicoya Lifesciences and played a pivotal role in scaling the company from three to over one hundred employees while taking on various positions. Early career experience includes a Reliability - Test System Development Intern role at Research In Motion, focusing on test system design, and serving as an IT Service Technician at Conestoga College, managing computer troubleshooting and Active Directory implementation. Shawn holds a degree from Conestoga College, completed between 2009 and 2013.
