Wen Zhang

Wen Zhang has a diverse work experience spanning many years and industries. They are currently working at Extend as the Director of Data Science and Warranty Mapping. In this role, Wen has built merchant and portfolio dashboards, developed operational metrics and audit processes, and led initiatives resulting in revenue growth. Prior to Extend, Wen worked at Twitter as the Manager of Data Analytics, where they managed a global team and implemented cost-saving solutions. They also worked at Facebook as a Lead Data Analyst and at Capital One as a Principal and Senior Data Analyst. Additionally, Wen has experience as a Data Analyst at Progressive Insurance and as a Graduate Assistant at the University of Akron. They began their career as a Teacher at New Oriental Education & Technology Group.

Wen Zhang earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from Nanjing University of Finance and Economics in 2007. In 2011, they completed a Master of Science degree in Statistics from The University of Akron.
