Norman Quesnel

Norm joined Extendicare in October 2020 as Vice President, Labour Relations, responsible for leadership of Labour Relations strategy as well as oversight of all labor relation activities, including collective bargaining within Extendicare. Bringing nearly 25 years of broad human resources and labor relations leadership, Norm has a diverse background in multiple unionized sectors including manufacturing, retail, and construction. Norm holds a certificate in collective bargaining from Harvard University, a labor arbitration certificate from Queen’s University, and is also a certified executive coach.
