Nicole Griffin

Nicole Griffin is an experienced retail professional with a strong background in management roles spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a District Manager at rue21 since January 2022, Nicole previously held the position of General Manager at Ulta Beauty from February 2021 to January 2022. Prior to that, Nicole was a District Manager and Store Manager at New York & Company between 2012 and 2020, and held a Store Manager role at The Children's Place from 2007 to 2012. Nicole's retail management journey began as a Store Manager at New York & Company from 2001 to 2007 and as a Department Manager at Sears Holdings Corporation from 1996 to 2001. Nicole Griffin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from National University and an Associate of Arts in General Studies from Southwestern College.
