Krista Rosas is the Vice President and Senior Manager of Digital Channels & Centralized Delivery at Extraco Banks. Krista overlooks the alternative delivery channel for over 10+ products, including virtual teller machines, chat bot, online banking, and mobile deposit capture. Krista also serves as the Payments Innovation & Vendor Support Specialist, pioneering debit card merchant acceptance and launching new payment methods such as Apple Pay and Google Pay. With a background as an Account Manager at Extraco Consulting, Krista has experience in managing clients and delivering exceptional client service. Krista holds a BBA in Human Resources from Baylor University and a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management and Services from Tarleton State University.
