Jeralyn Quintin

Jeralyn Quintin is an experienced HR and Total Rewards leader with a diverse background spanning over two decades. Currently serving as VP Global Total Rewards at Extreme Networks, Jeralyn is responsible for the strategic vision and management of compensation and benefits programs, including executive compensation and M&A integrations. Prior roles include VP People and Rewards at MediaKind, overseeing a global team, and extensive HR responsibilities at Ericsson, where Jeralyn managed compensation and benefits for a significant executive population and was a strategic partner to global leadership. Jeralyn's earlier experience includes various roles in HR and operations at JM Computers. Academic credentials include an MBA and a Master's Degree in Accounting from The University of Texas at Dallas, along with a Bachelor's degree in Management Economics from Ateneo de Manila University.
