David Peces 大伟

David Peces has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. David most recently worked as an Alliance Manager at Extrimian, where they focused on blockchain technology adoption for enterprises, corporations, and governments. Prior to that, they served as the Enterprise & Government Solutions Head and later as the Regional Director for Latin America and Europe at IOV Labs, a global organization specializing in low-cost, secure platforms for the new global economy.

Before joining IOV Labs, David was the CEO and Co-Founder of SafeTech, a company that assisted organizations in their digital transformation journey through cybersecurity, IoT, big data, analytics, AI, blockchain, and unified communications solutions. David also worked as the Huawei Enterprise Business Group Brand Manager at Technology Bureau S.A.

David's previous experiences include roles such as Senior Client Partner at Globant, Sales Director LATAM at NetCracker Technology International Services Inc., Regional Sales Director CALA & IBERIA at Sangoma, South Cone Sales Director and LAT Sales Director at AudioCodes Ltd., and Area Vice President, Mediterranean Sales at Verso Technologies, Inc. David began their career at Telefonica Data Spain S.A., where they held various sales management positions, including ISPs, Telcos and Partners Alliance Sales Manager, New Economy Player's Manager, Small and Medium-Sized Business Manager, and Director of On-Line Services at Advance Telecomunicaciones S.A.

David Peces 大伟 has a diverse education background. David completed a PDG (Executive Education) program at IESE Business School in 2004. In 1993, they obtained a Master Degree in Financial Management from Institut d'Estudis Financers (IEF). Prior to that, they pursued an MBA at Collège des Ingénieurs from 1990 to 1991. David began their educational journey by earning a BScEE, MSc, and Telecommunications Engineer degree from UPC - ETSETB TelecomBCN between 1982 and 1990. Apart from their formal education, David has also acquired additional certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. David obtained certifications in Blockchain Basics and Meeting the Challenge of Digital Transformation from LinkedIn in December 2017. In July 2021, they further expanded their expertise by becoming Sitetracker Certified through the Sitetracker institution.
