Ganesh Darekar

Ganesh Darekar is a Director and Account Delivery Solutions Architect at Exusia India. He is responsible for leading Exusia’s technical delivery of data management programs and defining large-scale client solutions, providing client delivery & quality assurance for Exusia’s clients. He serves as a mentor to newly hired employees, providing training on Ab Initio, Unix, database management, and applications. Ganesh is a prime member of Exusia Ab Initio practice and has been providing technical assistance across all accounts.

Ganesh has been one of the anchor associates of Exusia’s offshore practice in Pune, India; and has played a vital role in delivering Exusia’s first off-shore development project, which helped in scaling Exusia’s offshore capabilities. He has also made significant contributions to the setup of the IT infrastructure during the inception of Exusia India Pvt Ltd.

With 8 years of experience in Business Intelligence and Data Management as a dedicated client-centric technologist, Ganesh has been instrumental in delivering quality work for clients such as TransUnion and Optum Healthcare. His expertise also includes requirement gathering, analysis, design, and development of ETL applications utilizing various data structures, design patterns, and real-time processing techniques. His technical skills lie within the Ab Initio product suite including Co-Operating System, GDE, Express-It, Data Profiler, EME, Control-Center, Continuous Flows, ICFF, Web Services, and Metaprogramming.

Prior to joining Exusia, Ganesh had his working stints with Bitwise & ITI Data, where he has received several accolades for his valuable contributions.

Ganesh is a graduate of the University of Pune with a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering.

Apart from work, Ganesh loves spending time with his family. He also enjoys traveling, reading blogs & research, exploring new places, and keeping himself abreast with the latest technologies.
