Rajneesh Kumar

Rajneesh Kumar is a Senior Director, client solutions architect, and delivery lead in Exusia India's Private Limited company. Rajneesh is responsible for Exusia's client delivery in Asia with a focus on India. He is also a mentor to newly hired employees, providing training on Ab Initio and other technologies. Rajneesh is actively involved in the recruitment process for Exusia, maintaining the company’s goal of hiring the best talent in the industry. Rajneesh has also played a critical role in the creation of Exusia's QA and QA Automation practices Exusia.

Rajneesh has over 11 years of experience in design, development, and application support of data warehousing and data migration projects across a broad range of industries including finance, retail, telecommunication, and healthcare. His expertise includes requirements gathering, analysis, design, development, and testing of ETL applications utilizing batch and real-time processing. Rajneesh has a comprehensive knowledge of the Ab Initio product suite including Express>IT, TDM, and TFW. He is also proficient in Informatica, Oracle, Teradata, Netezza, Shell Scripting, and Tivoli JS Console. In addition to his technical expertise, Rajneesh is a trained Image Consultant. He assists individuals in projecting and improving their image by using various image-building and soft-skill training programs.

Prior to joining Exusia, Rajneesh held technical positions as a software developer and technical manager at Capgemini, Mphasis, Wipro Tesco, and Igate. He was responsible for the technical delivery of data warehousing, data migration, and regulatory projects. He was involved in several COE initiatives specializing in high-volume data processing applications and enterprise application integration using Ab Initio and Informatica.

During the early stages of his career at Igate, Rajneesh received the highest honor, “Best Developer Award”, for outstanding delivery of his very first project. When he joined Tesco, he was allowed to travel abroad for his first project assignment. Rajneesh continues to receive numerous awards and recognition for the contributions he makes to his clients, project teams, and the business.

Rajneesh holds a Bachelor's Degree in Information Science and Engineering from Businayana Mukundadas Sreenivasaiah (BMS) College of Engineering in Bangalore, India. He attended the Image Consulting Business Institute in Pune, India where he completed the Image Building Program.

Rajneesh loves spending time with people; always there to provide a helping hand –as he believes “every byte helps”. He loves his family and enjoys spending quality time with them. He enjoys movies and loves cooking.
