Oliver Blum

Oliver Blum is the Managing Partner of EY Law at EY Switzerland, specializing in corporate transactions with a focus on private equity, M&A, corporate reorganizations, and corporate finance. They began their career as an Associate at CMS von Erlach Poncet AG from 1995 to 2001, later becoming a Partner and heading the M&A/Corporate sector in Switzerland. Oliver returned to EY in 2016, where they currently serve as Managing Partner and Head of M&A in Legal Services. They hold degrees in law from the University of Zurich and Université de Bâle, as well as an LL.M. from Northwestern University and advanced business strategy training from INSEAD.
