John Norman has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple companies and roles. John began their career as an Executive Human Resources & Information Technology at Sonic Advertisement, where they implemented HR policies, conducted performance reviews, and oversaw training programs. John later joined Mankind Recruitment as an Executive Coordinator, managing recruitment and administration tasks. John then became a Manager of Administration & IT Infrastructure at DCI Recruitment, where they supervised staff and maintained office systems.

At Pearson, they worked as a Human Resources Consultant before joining London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) as an Executive in Talent Acquisition and Resourcing. In this role, they sourced candidates, managed recruitment databases, and coordinated the hiring process. John also worked as a Recruitment Consultant at LSEG, where they performed job analysis and posted job openings. John then became a Human Resource Business Partner at LSEG, where they ensured recruitment SLAs were met and provided support to HR operations.

After their time at LSEG, John served as the Head of Operations, People & Culture at Swivel Group and Swivel Tech, where they oversaw daily operations and employee relations. John then joined RedBeard Talent as a Talent Partner, specializing in helping tech start-ups and scale-ups acquire and retain top talent.

Most recently, John worked as the Head of Talent Acquisition at Mitra Innovation and Eyepax, where they led talent acquisition strategies and collaborated with global companies to deliver scalable solutions. Throughout their career, John has demonstrated strong skills in talent acquisition, HR operations, and office administration.

From 2021 to 2023, John attended Cardiff Metropolitan University, where they pursued a Master of Science in Applied Psychology and Behavior Change.

In 2014 and 2015, they studied at Pearson College London, where they obtained a BTEC Professional level 7 degree in Strategic Management and Leadership.

In 2011, John attended the Human Resource Management Institute and obtained a degree known as CHRM.

From 2008 to 2010, they studied at Lyceum International School and achieved a Cambridge Advance Level degree.

In 2006 and 2007, John attended St. Anthony's National College Wattala and completed their Ordinary Level education in Sri Lankan Ordinary Level.

In addition to their formal education, John also earned several certifications. In November 2018, they obtained the HR as a Business Partner certification from Lynda.com. In October 2018, they completed various training courses on iOS development, including Swift 4 Essential Training, Xcode 9 Essential Training, and iOS 11 Development Essential Training, among others. John also completed a course titled Programming for Non-Programmers: iOS 11 and Swift in September 2018.
