Steven Jacobsen

Steven Jacobsen has over 10 years of experience in recruitment and operations management. From 2014 to 2012 they worked as a Senior Corporate Recruiter for EZ-FLO International. From 2012 to 2011 they worked as a Recruiter/Operations Manager for The Property People, where they were responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing employees and tradesmen, as well as handling pre-hire activities. From 2011 to 2008 they worked as a Corporate Recruiter for Certified Payment Processing, where they were responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing qualified candidates in a high volume environment. From 2008 to 2000 they worked as an Enrollment Recruiter for the University of Phoenix, where they were recognized 7 different quarters as a top performer for total enrollments and excellent client retention. Finally, from 2000 to the present they have worked as a Multi-Unit Manager, General Manager, and Assistant Manager for Cotton Patch Cafe, Mexican Inn Cafe, and Flying Saucer, where they have evolved operations and sharpened the numbers for multiple locations, as well as developed new managers-in-training in expanding concepts.

Steven Jacobsen attended TCU from 1996 to 2001, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. Prior to that, they attended Carroll HS.
