Shannan Sheaffer

Shannan Sheaffer began their work experience in 2009 as a 9th Grade English Teacher and 8th Grade Creative Writing Teacher at a high school. In 2010, they joined Escambia County Schools as an English & French Teacher and later became the 10th Grade English Team Leader. Shannan then transitioned to ECI in 2013, starting as a Resource Coordinator and progressing to the role of Global Field Operations Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Associate Director of Global Field Operations at ECI since March 2022.

Shannan Sheaffer earned a Bachelor of Science degree in English- Creative Writing from Florida State University in 2009. Prior to that, they attended Fort Myers High School and obtained an International Baccalaureate High School Diploma from 2001 to 2005. In terms of additional certifications, Shannan received a certification on Strategies to Foster Inclusive Language at Work from LinkedIn in 2021. Additionally, they completed certifications on Six Sigma Foundations from LinkedIn in 2021 and Strategic Thinking from LinkedIn in 2019.
