Jeff Possiel

Jeff Possiel has held a variety of roles in the professional world since 2008. Jeff began their career as a Senior Investment Portfolio Analyst at The Concord Advisory Group, Ltd., where they supported the consultant team providing client service and reporting for 30+ institutional clients representing over $2.5B AUM. In 2013, they took on roles as a Marketing Consultant at H&R Block and a Northeast Regional Market Activation Manager at Vita Coco. Jeff then joined NetLine Corporation in 2014 as a Partner Success Marketing Specialist. In 2019, Jeff served as Content & Community Marketing Lead at Operators Guild and Content Specialist at Guild Talent. In 2021, they were appointed Head of Senior Executive Media at The Community Company. Most recently, in 2022, Jeff was appointed Chief Community Officer at EzHire Cannabis, where they are building engagement opportunities with job seekers and HR cannabis industry professionals across multiple channels to facilitate hiring and industry growth. Jeff is also the Founder and Head of Community at Inhale Digest, a modern community built for leaders & learners with a database of people and tools that will impact cannabis career and business ROI.

Jeff Possiel obtained a Bachelor of Science in Finance- Personal Financial Planning from Salisbury University - Perdue School of Business between 2003 and 2007. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Email Marketing and Inbound from HubSpot.
