Cassidy Hamilton has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Starting in 2016, they gained experience as an Intern at the International Rescue Committee, followed by working as a Server at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts and as a Hostess at Campfire. In 2018, they joined EBD Group as an Operations Project Coordinator and later became a Project Manager, where they managed relationships with delegates and coordinated conference technology components. Cassidy then worked at Events.com as a Business Development Representative and later as an Account Executive. In 2020, Cassidy joined Medallia as a Mid Market Account Executive, responsible for project managing full sales cycles. Currently, they are working at Ezoic as a Technical Onboarding Specialist, and recently transitioned to the role of Team Lead, overseeing the technical onboarding process.

Cassidy Hamilton earned a Bachelor's degree from California State University San Marcos from 2012 to 2016. They also participated in a study abroad program at California State University, International Programs in Florence, Italy from 2014 to 2015. Prior to their university education, Cassidy attended Sonoma Valley High School. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in "Building Personal Power Through Influence" and "How to Manage Difficult Conversations" from Mineral in 2023. Cassidy is also affiliated with the Global Partnership Program at California State University San Marcos.
