Gloria Antonetto

Gloria Antonetto has over 10 years of work experience in various roles. Gloria is currently working at EZRA Coaching as the Director of Internal Partnerships for International Markets, where they are responsible for establishing and leading the internal partnership sales strategy globally. Prior to this role, they were the Director of Internal Partnerships at EZRA Coaching.

Before joining EZRA Coaching, Gloria worked at LHH as a Senior Manager and Manager of Recruitment Solutions. In these roles, they led the sales strategy, managed a successful sales team, and ensured the sustainable growth of the Professional Recruitment practice in Western Switzerland. Gloria also developed effective sales strategies, oversaw market segmentation and forecasting, and managed new business and accounts within key national accounts.

Gloria also has experience in the recruitment-tech industry, having worked at Work4 as an Enterprise Account Manager, where they led the sales expansion of tier 1 accounts in EMEA. Additionally, they worked at Acer as a Channel Sales & Marketing Specialist and at Brando Advertising Agency as a Jr Account Manager.

In 2017, Gloria took time off for personal reasons. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated strong sales performance, exceeding personal sales targets, and achieving recognition for their success.

Gloria Antonetto has a diverse education history. Gloria obtained a Bachelor's degree in Law from the University of Lausanne, where they studied from 2007 to 2010. Gloria continued their studies at USI Università della Svizzera italiana, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Corporate Communication from 2008 to 2011.

In 2011, Gloria enrolled at UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School, pursuing a Master of Science degree in Marketing, which they completed in 2012.

Additionally, Gloria obtained several certifications, including the HRSE Certificate in Human Resources from CRPM in 2020. Gloria also obtained an Adobe Photoshop CS level 1 certification from Cadschool in July 2019. Furthermore, Gloria completed the CELTA (Certificate in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) at Cambridge English Academy in 2017.
