Kevin Ackermann

Kevin Ackermann has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles.

In 2004, Kevin started their career at Liechtensteinische Landesbank AG, where they underwent an apprenticeship and served as a Support Rep Office in Abu Dhabi. Kevin gained experience in private banking, including basic commercial training, managing back-office operations for a large asset portfolio, and client relationship management.

In 2012, Kevin co-founded BACA Jewellery, a social enterprise that focused on empowering women through the creation and sale of unique, ethically nurtured jewelry. During their time at BACA, they oversaw the sourcing, design, and handcrafting processes to ensure sustainability and social impact.

From 2015 to 2016, Kevin worked as an Associate I Executive Search and Market Intelligence at eg.1, where they gained experience in executive search and market research.

From 2016 to 2021, Kevin joined Lee Hecht Harrison, part of the Adecco Group, where they held various roles. Kevin initially served as a Senior Consultant in Procurement & Supply Chain, then progressed to become a Senior Business Consultant, and ultimately held the position of Director, Client Solutions. In these roles, Kevin specialized in driving sales, consultative sales, customer service, and process improvement. Kevin supported clients in Singapore and across the Asia-Pacific region, focusing on talent development, leadership development, outplacement, redeployment, executive coaching, and organizational diagnostics.

Most recently, in 2021, Kevin took up the position of Head of Sales for DACH, Nordics & Eastern Europe at Ezra Coaching.
