Alicia Forbes

Alicia Forbes has three years of work experience. Alicia began their career in 2013 at The Hershey Company, where they served as a Food Service Team Leader, Food Service Area Coordinator, and Food Service Attendant. In this role, they were responsible for directing their team members through their daily routines, interacting with customers to ensure satisfaction, and performing a variety of tasks such as preparing food, stocking supplies, serving customers, handling monetary transactions, operating a cash register, cleaning, greeting customers, and answering any questions. In 2017, they joined Panera Bread as a Lead Catering Coordinator. Most recently, in 2020, they became a Client Success Specialist for Ready Training Online (RTO).

Alicia Forbes attended Cedar Crest High School from 2008 to 2012. Alicia then attended Capital College, Pennsylvania State University and Penn State Harrisburg, graduating in 2017 with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Business Administration and Management, General. Alicia also holds a Serve Safe certification from ServSafe Certified.
