Tei Cauthen

Tei Cauthen has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Tei is currently working as the Vice President of New Business Development at EZRA Coaching. Prior to this, Tei founded Teisila & Associates LLC in 2017, where they lead a team of consultants dedicated to empowering minority entrepreneurs. Tei has also worked at Mary Kay Inc. as an Empowerment Coach and Small Business Mentor, guiding individuals towards achieving success on their own terms. In addition, Tei has held positions at Strayer University as an Associate Campus Director, Sunmint Energy as a Human Resources Director, Berkeley College as an Associate Director of Admissions, American Institute as an Admissions Manager, Robert Half International as a Staffing Manager, Anthem Education Group as an Admissions Supervisor, and Corinthian Colleges as a High School Coordinator.

Tei Cauthen's education history includes attending Princeton Theological Seminary from 2014 to 2016, where they studied Youth Ministry.
