Program Manager Program Management Office at F-35 Joint Program Office

Jim Flagg currently serves as a Program Manager in the Program Management Office at the F-35 Joint Program Office since June 2022. Prior to this role, Jim Flagg held various positions within the United States Air Force from 1991 to 2022, including Branch Chief for T-38/Proven Aircraft and Precision Guided Munitions, overseeing multiple ACAT IIIs and ACAT I/III projects related to development, procurement, and sustainment. Additionally, Jim Flagg served as an Acquisition Integrated Product Team Lead focusing on ACAT III development and production. Jim Flagg holds a Master's degree in Procurement and Acquisition Management and a Master of Arts in Human Resources Management from Webster University, along with Life Cycle Logistics Level III and Program Management Level II certifications from Defense Acquisition University.
