Michael A. Pappalardo

Michael A. Pappalardo has been working in business operations since 2020 at F2B Services. In 2022, they moved to AddVentures as a consultant. Prior to this, they were employed by The TJX Companies, Inc. from 2017 to 2020, where they served as a DC Operations Supervisor. Before that, they were a Global Supply Chain Intern at Colgate-Palmolive from 2016 to 2017, where they analyzed and developed strategies for "Down-time" settings for manufacturing execution systems, developed training materials for plant operators, traveled to multiple manufacturing facilities to understand daily operations, and created an analytical tool to improve decision-making capabilities for plant management.

Michael A. Pappalardo received a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Supply Chain & Information Systems and Logistics from Penn State University between 2013 and 2017.
