Monica Schroeter, CPA, CISA

Monica Schroeter, CPA, CISA has over 20 years of experience in the accounting and audit fields. Monica began their career in 1997 as an Internal Auditor at Bestfoods. In 2001, they joined Becton Dickinson as an IT Senior Auditor, where they performed IT, operational and financial control reviews in ERP systems, including SAP. In 2002, they moved to Unilever as an Information Security Manager, where they were responsible for overall security design, implementing SAP GRC Access Controls, and developing the steady state security administration support structure. In 2008, they joined KPMG as a Performance & Technology ERP Advisory. In 2010, they moved to Sharp Electronics Corporation as a Sr. Manager, IT Internal Audit, where they led the IT Audit function. In 2013, they joined Daiichi Sankyo, Inc. as a Sr. Manager, Internal Audit, where they managed all aspects of IT, Financial, and Operational audits, including J-SOX assessment and reporting. In 2017, they joined Eisai US as a Director, Internal Audit, where they led the Internal Audit function for the Americas, including risk assessments, planning and execution of the annual audit plan, J-SOX testing, and global audit initiatives. In 2019, they joined SK Life Science, Inc. as a Senior Director, Compliance & Privacy and a Director, Compliance. Currently, they are the Vice President, Head of Compliance at F2G.

Monica Schroeter, CPA, CISA holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Ramapo College of New Jersey. Monica has also obtained the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) certifications.
