Robert Lummus has extensive work experience in various leadership roles within the aerospace industry. Robert currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Fabcon. In their previous role as President at International Aerospace Coatings, they were responsible for the overall management of a multi-site aerospace coating company with a revenue of over $100 million and a team of 500+ employees. Prior to that, Lummus held positions at StandardAero, where they served as the Vice President Sector Operations/General Manager/M&A Integration and later as the Vice President/General Manager. Robert was responsible for the full P&L of a $400 million aerospace MRO/Manufacturing Business and a $150 million jet aircraft service and maintenance operation, respectively. Lummus also served as the Vice President/General Manager at GL Harley Davidson and held the role of Operations Leader at GE. Robert began their career at Boeing as a Manufacturing Leader. Overall, Lummus has demonstrated expertise in operational management, financial performance, strategic planning, and business growth across various sectors of the aerospace industry.

Robert Lummus received their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in 2006. Robert further pursued their education at the same institution and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from 2008 to 2011.
