Serena Zhang

Serena Zhang is an experienced professional with a diverse range of work experiences. Serena began their career as a Human Resources Consultant at Mercer in 2020, where they organized client data and analyzed employee planning. Serena then moved on to Accenture in 2021, working as a Management Consultant on a digital transformation project. Serena conducted interviews and managed project planning. Later in 2021, Serena worked as a Candidate at Morgan Stanley and as a Content Specialist at bilibili Group. In 2021, they also interned at Oliver Wyman, where they conducted research and provided sustainable solutions for various industries. Serena joined Easy Group Inc as a Project Manager in 2019 and worked there until 2022. During their time at Easy Group, they successfully managed projects. In 2022, Serena joined STEER as a Business Development Specialist, where they facilitated partnerships with stores and restaurants, directed promotional campaigns, and helped generate sales lift. Most recently, Serena joined Canaccord Genuity Group Inc in 2023 as an Investment Analyst.

Serena Zhang attended Western University from 2019 to 2023, where they pursued a degree in Accounting. Additionally, during the same period, they also obtained an Honors degree in "会计" (Accounting) from Western University.
