Samuel Day

Samuel Day is the current Head of HR at factory14, a position they have held since December 2020. Prior to this, they were with CloudKitchens as Global Senior Leadership Recruitment from December 2018 to December 2020. From July 2017 to January 2019, they were with Carmichael Fisher Executive Search as Senior Associate.

Samuel has over 4 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on senior leadership and executive roles. Samuel has a strong understanding of the manufacturing and engineering industries, having worked with some of the leading companies in these sectors. Samuel's global perspective and fluency in multiple languages makes him an asset to any organisation.

Samuel Day's educational career began with a high school diploma from H.J.Cody Highschool. Samuel then went on to study international business management with corporate finance at Ashridge Executive Education and [Hult International Business School, where they earned their bachelor's degree. Finally, they earned their Bachelor of Arts in international business management with corporate finance from Pearson College London.

They are on a team with Juliana Sofia Barriuso Jubes - Integration Support Intern, Federico Carossino - VP, Engineering, and Carlos Abascal - CFO. Lucía Cuartas - Talent Acquisition Manager, Juliana Dominguez Gonzalez - HR, and Lucila Ferreiro - HR Intern report to Samuel Day. Samuel Day reports to Guilherme Steinbruch, Co-Founder & CEO.
