Brooks Ullery has worked in a variety of roles since 2016. Brooks began their career at ConSpecT Services, Inc. as a CAD Database Technician in 2016. In 2019, they moved to ADP as an Associate District Manager. In 2020, they joined FactoryFix where they have held the roles of Business Development Representative, Customer Success Manager, Senior Customer Success Manager, and Enterprise Customer Success Manager.

Brooks Ullery attended Northwood University from 2015 to 2019, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies. Prior to that, they attended Penn High School from 2011 to 2015. In August 2021, they obtained a Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 1 certification from SuccessHACKER.
