Daniel Pinelli has held a variety of roles since 2014. Daniel began their career as a Lifeguard at North Shore Country Club in 2014. In 2015, they worked as a Shipping Assistant at HydraForce. In 2016, they were a Material Handler at HydraForce Inc. In 2017, they were a Customer Service Intern at The Custom Companies, Inc. From 2018 to 2021, they were a National Account Manager at Coyote Logistics. Most recently, they have been a Customer Success Manager at FactoryFix since 2021.

Daniel Pinelli attended The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business from 2015 to 2019, where they studied Marketing. Daniel also attended Loyola Academy from 2011 to 2015. In August 2021, they obtained a Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 1 certification from SuccessHACKER.
