Andrew Baltes

Andrew Baltes is an experienced talent development professional with a diverse background in various organizations. Currently serving as Talent Development Senior Manager and previously as Talent Development Lead at Faire since April 2021, Andrew focuses on empowering entrepreneurs globally. Prior experience includes roles such as Learning & Org Development Partner and Talent Management Program Manager at Dropbox, where Andrew aimed to enhance organizational creativity. Additional positions include L&D Global Operations at Lyft, Venture Creation Advisor at the Yale Entrepreneurship Institute, MBA Intern at Warby Parker, and Senior Manager of Talent Development at Endeavor. Andrew's earlier roles involved contributions to GlobalGiving, the Hudson Institute Center for Global Prosperity, Foundation for Sustainable Development, and Women for Women International.
