India Nolen-Tuleja

India Nolen-Tuleja has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. India currently serves as the Director of Operations at Fairwords, a communications protection software company, where they are responsible for designing and implementing standard operating procedures. India also manages all people operations and HR tasks, including onboarding, payroll, benefits, and employee engagement. India previously worked as an Executive Assistant at Fairwords and DoorGrow.

Prior to their role at Fairwords, India worked as a Musician's Guide at Musicians On Call, a nonprofit organization that brings live music to the bedsides of patients in healthcare facilities. India also worked as a Creative Coach at True Voice Coaching, specializing in helping artists discover and express their true voice.

In addition, India has experience in event production and gallery management. India worked as the Gallery Director at Culture Lab LIC, managing a large art gallery and performance space. India also owned and managed Doom's Low-Brow Tapas and Art Gallery, where they handled all aspects of the business, from vendor relations to marketing and customer outreach.

Throughout their career, India has demonstrated strong organizational and leadership skills, as well as a passion for supporting and empowering artists.

India Nolen-Tuleja has a diverse education history spanning various fields and institutions. India holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Performance and Creative Research from the University of Roehampton. India also obtained a Higher National Diploma in Vocal Performance from ICMP - The Institute of Contemporary Music Performance.

India pursued their interest in documentary production through post-graduate studies at both Humber College and Maine Media Workshops and College. Additionally, they completed a 120-hour training program at The Co-Active Training Institute, focusing on Professional Coaching.

Further expanding their knowledge, India pursued post-graduate studies in Experiential Education and Expressive Arts at Prescott College. India also holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from The University of Texas at Austin, with a field of study in Eastern Philosophies and Art History.

Additionally, India has obtained several certifications to further enhance their skills. India completed the Human Resources Foundations program through LinkedIn in April 2022. In 2000, they obtained a TESOL certification from the Global Tesol Institute. Furthermore, India obtained a Personal Trainer certification from the American Council on Exercise (ACE Fitness) in 2008.
