Rikke Nissen

Rikke Nissen has a diverse range of work experience in various roles related to talent acquisition and recruitment. Rikke is currently the Global Head of Talent Acquisition at Falck, a position they have held since September 2023. Prior to that, they worked at PwC Danmark as the Head of Talent Attraction from August 2021 to August 2023. Rikke also has experience at Danske Bank as a Team Lead - Talent Acquisition and a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist. Before that, they worked at Biogen as a Talent Acquisition Partner and at DHI as a Personal Assistant in Business Development. Rikke's earlier roles include working at Haldor Topsoe A/S as a Programme Lead and Recruitment Partner, at Odgers Berndtson as a Business Researcher, and at Hartmanns A/S as a Recruitment Intern. Throughout their career, they have gained experience in talent acquisition, employer branding, recruitment coordination, and HR projects.

Rikke Nissen has a diverse education history. From 2000 to 2007, they attended the University of Copenhagen and obtained a Master of Arts (MA) degree in English & Human Resource Management, including electives from Copenhagen Business School. In 2013, they pursued Project Management certification from Copenhagen Business Academy. Rikke'smost recent educational endeavor was at Copenhagen Business School, where they pursued a Graduate Business Diploma, known as "HD in Organization & Management," from 2015 to 2020. In addition to their formal education, Rikke has obtained several certifications, including People Test Logic and People Test Person from People Test Systems A/S in July 2021, as well as PAPI/Logics and PPA & GIA from Cubiks and Thomas International, respectively (exact dates for these certifications are unspecified).
