Other work experiences include roles at Degreed, where they served as a Client Advisory Board Member representing Itaú, and at TV Globo, where they held various management positions in production and human resources.

Earlier in their career, Raquel worked at Anheuser-Busch InBev and AmBev in roles focused on rewards and budgeting, HR management, and sales leadership.

Raquel furthered their education in 2007 at Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, where they obtained a specialization in Sales Force Incentive Planning, focusing on Sales, Merchandising, and Marketing. In 2018, Raquel attended the Stanford University Graduate School of Business for an Executive Education program called "People, Culture and Performance: Strategies from Silicon Valley." Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including Agile Product Owner Role: Foundations, Scrum: Advanced, and Green Belt, among others.
