Neil Brown

General Manager at Falkirk Community Trust

Neil is an experienced senior manager in the strategic planning, development and delivery of front line community services. Having originally graduated with an Honours degree in Education and subsequently gaining a post graduate Diploma in Management Studies, Neil has played key and influential leadership roles in the organisations he has been a part of. Neil’s role is to drive Falkirk Commuity Trust’s achievement of its’ vision and objectives, through the effective and efficient development and delivery of all its’ services. His experience in the ‘management of change’ in the opening of several new sports and leisure facilities, the management of major events and his enthusiasm for the provision of quality services to the wider community, has resulted in successful outcomes in the variety of posts he has undertaken. Neil is a member of the Chartered Institute for the Management of Sport & Physical Activity. He has previously served as a youth organisation leader, played National League volleyball; chairing his club for several seasons and maintains a keen interest in staying fit and healthy.
