Andrew Croshaw has over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Andrew is currently the Chief Executive Officer at Families First Pediatrics LLC, where they focus on integrating pediatric primary care, oral health, and behavioral health services. Prior to this role, they served as the CEO of Leavitt Partners, a health intelligence business that supports clients in navigating the changing healthcare landscape. Andrew also held leadership positions at the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services and Novartis. Andrew's expertise lies in value-based healthcare, decision-making strategies, data analytics, and risk management solutions.

Andrew Croshaw received a bachelor's degree in Marketing from Utah State University in 1998. Andrew later earned a master's degree in Business from Harvard Business School in 2002.
