Hailey Kuhn

Hailey Kuhn has an extensive and diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Hailey is currently working as the Head of Partnerships at Family Engagement Lab since 2020. Before this, they worked as a B2B Business Development and Sales Consultant at Independent from 2018 to the present, where they were responsible for sales and business development planning and execution for education technology solutions. Prior to that, they were the Sales Director K-12 & Assessment at LearningMate from 2017 to 2018.

Hailey also worked as the Client Success - Sr. Relationship Manager at Clever Inc. from 2016 to 2017, where they played a key role in increasing product adoption and sales for edtech enterprise clients. Before that, they served as the Consulting Director of Admissions at All Saints' Day School from 2015 to 2016, where they successfully tackled decreased enrollment and increased retention through market-based and data-driven strategies.

Hailey's previous experiences include working as the Sr. Account Executive - Higher Education at Blackboard from 2014 to 2015, the Client Partner at Ness Technologies from 2012 to 2014, and the Senior Vice President Sales and Business Development at Waterford.org from 2009 to 2012. Hailey also had their own consulting firm, HFK Consulting, from 2006 to 2009, where they provided business development consulting for education technology and nonprofit organizations.

Hailey's early career includes working as the V.P. Sales & Marketing at Telosa Software from 2003 to 2006, where they successfully managed sales and marketing efforts in the nonprofit sector. Hailey Kuhn holds a Master's degree in Nonprofit Management and Educational Outreach from Sonoma State University. Hailey also obtained a Bachelor's degree in Art History with honors and distinction from the same university.
