Felix Rodriguez has an extensive work history in the field of mental health and healthcare administration. Felix began their career as the Chief Clinical Officer at HRDI in 1987 and held this position until 2008. Felix then joined the Friend Family Health Center, University of Chicago as the Director of Operations and Social Services from 2009 to 2011. After that, they worked at Healthcare Alternative Systems, Inc. as a Senior Program Administrator from 2011 to 2016. Rodriguez then joined Cook County Hospital & Health Systems, County Care Managed Care as the Manager of Behavioral Health Services, County Care from 2016 to the present. Additionally, they have experience working at the Illinois Department of Human Services, Division of Mental Health as the Acting Deputy Director, Regional Network Administration from 2020 to 2022, and later as the Deputy Director, Regional Network Administration from 2020 to the present. Currently, they are also employed with the Family Guidance Centers, Inc. as the Senior Vice President starting from 2023. Rodriguez also served as the Executive Director for Region 1 Central at the DHS- Division of Mental Health from 2019 to the present.
