Amber W. is currently the Manager of insurance and billing at Family Houston, where Amber is responsible for growing a team and creating and managing policies and procedures for a non-profit organization. Amber previously worked at Tyvan Medical Billing as a Medical Collection Manager, overseeing facilities in multiple states to ensure claims completion and revenue cycle management. Before that, Amber worked at Win and Associates medical billing as a Demographic role, excelling in verifying accurate demographics and insurance information per visit. Prior to their roles in medical billing, Amber worked at Randalls in various departments where Amber gained customer service and inventory tracking experience. Amber is currently pursuing further education at Southern New Hampshire University.
