Tracey Burnett-Greenup has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles. Tracey began their career as a Business Coordinator at The University of Texas Medical Branch, where they enhanced business strategy and operations. Tracey then worked as a Program Manager at NETWORK OF BEHAVIORAL HEALTH PROVIDERS INC, where they strategized and executed policy-changing events and facilitated impactful discussions. Most recently, Tracey has been working at Family Houston, initially as a Director of Case Management and later as a Senior Director and Chief Program Services Officer. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Operating Officer, where they are responsible for developing staffing plans, collaborating with the finance department, and fostering team cohesiveness.

Tracey Burnett-Greenup is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Counselor Education and Supervision at Capella University, starting in 2020. Prior to this, they obtained a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of the Cumberlands, which they completed between 2017 and 2019. In 2015 and 2016, Tracey earned another Master's degree, this time in Clinical Practice Management, from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center. Tracey'sundergraduate education includes a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Clinical Laboratory Science/Medical Technology/Technologist, which they completed at The University of Texas Medical Branch between 2011 and 2013.

In addition to their formal education, Tracey Burnett-Greenup has also obtained several certifications. These include the Financial Management Essentials certification from NonprofitReady in December 2022, the Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor - intern certification from Texas Health and Human Services in September 2021, the Licensed Professional Counselor certification from the Texas Behavioral Health Executive Council in September 2021, and the Social Change Ambassador certification from AAUW (American Association of University Women) in August 2021.
