Lashaun Johnson (She/her)

Lashaun Johnson is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in educational and support roles, currently serving as a School Based Therapist at Family Solutions since September 2022. Previous positions include Discipline Clerk and Family Resource Coordinator Assistant at Evergreen Public Schools, where responsibilities involved community engagement, coordination of resources, and support for families in need. Lashaun also worked as a Program Support Assistant at Boys and Girls Club of Southwest Washington, providing youth guidance and promoting positive behavior. Earlier experience includes caregiving and a significant tenure in the US Army as a Human Resources Manager, where Lashaun was responsible for staffing and personnel management. Lashaun holds a Master of Science in Developmental and Child Psychology from Southern New Hampshire University and a Bachelor of Arts in Human Development from Washington State University Vancouver, along with several additional educational credentials in computer science and human resources.
