Katie Howard Clemens has over a decade of experience in digital management and content oversight. Currently serving as the Manager of Digital Experience at FamilyLife since January 2010, Katie manages a front end developer/producer team and oversees the digital interactions of constituents throughout their customer lifecycle. Previously, as the Director and Community Manager at BlissfullyDomestic.com, Katie focused on traffic strategies and editorial content management. Earlier experience includes a role as a Senior Analyst at TXU Energy, where responsibilities included account set-up for large business customers and documentation of business procedures, as well as serving as the Assistant Front Office Manager at Harvey Hotel, handling staff scheduling and training. Katie holds two Bachelor’s degrees in History from the University of North Texas, earned between 1992 and 2001.

At FamilyLife, we understand there is a gap between the intention we have for our families and what we actually experience in life. Too often, our relationships fall short of what we desire them to be. We don’t show up like we want to. We find it hard to come through in hard times. We believe He has designed families to be rich in love, full of joy, and generous to those around us. We believe He has the resources and tools for us to bridge the gap - to make our intentions match the reality of our relationships.
