Rebecca Sweeney Worsham

Rebecca Sweeney Worsham has a diverse work experience spanning several roles in human resources and employee engagement. Rebecca is currently working as the Senior Director of Human Resources and Employee Engagement at Familylinks, Inc. starting from December 2023. Before that, they were the Human Resources Manager at Magee-Womens Hospital Of UPMC from November 2020 to December 2023 and also held the role of Sr. HR Consultant from February 2020 to November 2020. Prior to that, they worked as a Sr. HR Consultant at UPMC - Children's Community Pediatrics from December 2011 to February 2020. Rebecca started their career as a Human Resources Specialist at Pittsburgh Veterinary Speciality and Emergency Center from February 2007 to December 2011. Additionally, they were a member of the Veterinary Specialty Practice Alliance from 2007 to 2011. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Human Resources/Training Manager at Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh from 2006 to 2007 and as an Intensive Case Manager at Mercy Behavioral Health from 2001 to 2006.

Rebecca Sweeney Worsham has a Master's degree in Organizational Development from Carlow University, which they obtained from 2002 to 2004. Rebecca also holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology/Sociology earned from PennWest Edinboro between 1995 and 1999. Prior to that, Rebecca received a Diploma (Academic) from Portage Area High School in the years 1991 to 1995.
