Satoshi Nagayasu

Satoshi Nagayasu is an experienced professional in data management and technology with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Data Management Manager and General Manager of Reporting Services and Data Management at FamilyMart Co., Ltd., Satoshi has previously held managerial positions focused on data governance and analytics at Fast Retailing. As a co-founder and CEO of Uptime Technologies LLC, Satoshi contributed significantly to data engineering, while also holding roles such as Chairperson of the Japan PostgreSQL Users Group and CTO at MinaCare Co., Ltd., where responsibilities included developing analytics systems for healthcare databases. Additionally, Satoshi has experience in IT service management and database development from roles at NTT Data Corporation and Fujitsu, respectively. An accomplished academic, Satoshi holds an MBA from Globis University, and both a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Keio University.
