Lauren Lemmer

Lauren Lemmer, CAMS, currently serves as the Senior Director of Governance & Product Compliance at Fanatics, a role held since September 2022. Prior to Fanatics, Lauren was the Chief Compliance Officer and Head of Operations at Wagr from June 2021 to September 2022, and held various compliance roles at USAA from February 2018 to June 2021, including KYC Compliance Risk Manager - Lead. Earlier experience includes a significant tenure at Rabobank, culminating as SVP Compliance Director, as well as a foundational role at the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation as a Bank Examiner. Lauren began their professional journey in leadership as Vice President at Associated Students Inc. - Fresno State and gained early experience as a Congressional Intern with the U.S. House of Representatives. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Business Management from California State University, Fresno.
