Richa Singh

Richa Singh is the Co-Founder of Fanclash, a mobile gaming startup. Prior to Fanclash, they were the Co-founder and CEO of BigStylist, one of India's leading beauty startups. Under their leadership, BigStylist raised ~US$3M from Info Edge, one of India’s leading venture investors.

Richa has a successful track record of building, managing and developing high performance cross-functional teams. At BigStylist, they managed a team of ~300 employees across various functions such as service professionals, contact centres, product team, marketing (digital and offline), technology, finance and budgeting. During their tenure, they introduced multiple innovative technology interventions for customer experience which helped improve customer experience rating to best-in-class 4.3 on Play Store. Richa also achieved operational break-even by streamlining both demand and supply-side of operations using technology and data analytics. Some of their initiatives in this regard included demand-supply matching, variable pricing, micro-geo optimizations, hyperpersonalized automated upsells, app-only memberships and offline ambassador programs.

At Fanclash, Richa is using their extensive experience in end-to-end P&L responsibility, running day to day business operations and developing business strategy to build a successful mobile gaming startup.

Richa Singh has a Master of Business Administration from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, a B.tech. in Aerospace Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur, and a CFA 2 in Finance from the CFA. Richa also has certification from Coursera in Machine Learning.
