Prior to that, Billy was the Chief Product Officer for Honeywell Forge Connected Buildings, leading the global product management of their software business. Billy has also held leadership positions at Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts and InterContinental Hotels Group, where they directed digital and marketing channels. Billy has a strong background in CRM and customer experience, having served at Oracle and Revenue Technologies in senior management roles. Additionally, they have worked as an independent consultant and a senior software architect at Equifax. Throughout their career, Billy has demonstrated expertise in driving digital transformation, developing product strategies, and managing teams.
