Scott Radzak

Scott Radzak has a diverse work experience in the call center industry. Scott started their career at CareCall, Inc. as an Operations Manager, overseeing a team of 80+ employees and managing a revenue of $5MM. Scott then joined Alltran Contact Services, where they served as a Project Manager and later as Vice President of Sales, generating $4.02MM in new revenue. Currently, they are employed at Faneuil Inc, holding various roles such as Vice President of Operations and Director of Operations, responsible for financial performance and service delivery across multiple call center sites. Scott strongly believes in the importance of front-line staff and provides support and development opportunities to them.

Scott Radzak obtained an Associate's degree in Radio and Television from Brown College in 1992-1994.
