Ajay Maurya

Ajay Maurya is a seasoned operations professional with extensive experience in the travel and service industry. Currently serving as a Senior Manager in the Schedule Change Department at Fareportal since July 2016, Ajay leads the Billing & Refunds Team, overseeing a team of analysts and ensuring efficient financial audits and refunds across multiple departments. Prior to Fareportal, Ajay held various roles at Make My Trip and Intelenet Global Services, gaining expertise in vendor management, operations management, and customer service. Ajay's career commenced at Wipro BPS as a Customer Support Associate. Ajay holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Annamalai University and has completed an Introduction to Operations Management course at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore.
