Responsibilities:

• Assist roofing crews with material handling and cleanup.
• Maintain a clean and organized job site.
• Load and unload tools, equipment, and supplies.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines.
• Perform other general labor duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

• No prior roofing experience is required; training will be provided.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Must have reliable transportation to job sites.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
