Roofing Sales / Project Manager – Wichita, KS

Base salary plus commission structure

Our ideal candidate would have Residential Roofing Sales Experience and project management experience, be able to work effectively in a collaborative, team-based company, and have a proven record of consistently meeting sales goals and objectives.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Outside direct sales position

  • Project Management

  • Direct customer communication throughout the claim and roofing process

  • Communicate with vendors and sub-contractors.

  • Payment collection

Job Type: Salary + Commission

Qualifications

  • Sales experience in Residential Roofing or construction market selling products/services to property management companies, asset managers, insurance agents, building owners, developers, and general contracting firms.

  • Experience with residential roofing systems, materials, and installation preferred.

  • Demonstrated experience in managing projects from start to finish, including estimating, scheduling, and customer communication.

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • A bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field is preferred.
