Roofing Sales / Project Manager – Wichita, KS

Base salary plus commission structure

Our ideal candidate would have Residential Roofing Sales Experience and project management experience, be able to work effectively in a collaborative, team-based company, and have a proven record of consistently meeting sales goals and objectives.

Responsibilities and Duties

Outside direct sales position
Project Management
Direct customer communication throughout the claim and roofing process
Communicate with vendors and sub-contractors.
Payment collection

Job Type: Salary + Commission

Qualifications

Sales experience in Residential Roofing or construction market selling products/services to property management companies, asset managers, insurance agents, building owners, developers, and general contracting firms.
Experience with residential roofing systems, materials, and installation preferred.
Demonstrated experience in managing projects from start to finish, including estimating, scheduling, and customer communication.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
A bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field is preferred.
