Roofing Sales Manager – Wichita, KS

Salary, commission & Bonus - $100,000 to $160,000

FARHA ROOFING, an award-winning roofing company with locations in Kansas, Missouri, Colorado, Florida, and Arizona, has an excellent career opportunity for a Roofing Sales Manager with 5 years of experience in commercial and residential roofing.

Our ideal candidate would have Roofing Sales Management experience and a proven record of consistently meeting sales goals and objectives.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for:

• Managing, recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives

• Developing, maintaining, and expanding business relationships with developers, real estate brokers, commercial property owners, engineers, general contractors

• Present sales, revenue, and expense reports and realistic forecasts to the management team

• Management of client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction

• Manage accounts and expand business relationships

• Creating, presenting, or responding to proposals for specific customer requirements, including RFPs and industry-specific solutions

Successful candidates must meet the following criteria to be considered for this exciting opportunity:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.

• Five years of previous roofing or construction sales management experience building a sales team and expanding a client base.

• Experience selling products/services to property management companies, asset managers, REIT’s, insurance agents, building owners, architects, developers, engineering firms, and general contracting firms.

• Strong knowledge and relationships in the Wichita construction market.

• Track record of success in meeting and exceeding sales goals and quotas

• Candidates who possess previous roofing or construction sales manager experience will be given preference

Compensation: Base Salary $60,000 to $80,000 plus commission and bonus

Expected salary, commission & bonus is $100,000 to $160,000 Range
