Lystra McCoy (she/her/hers)

Lystra McCoy has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Lystra is currently working as the Sr Director of Client Success at FarmboxRx starting from September 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Evolent Health as the Director of Strategic Accounts from February 2021 to June 2022. Lystra'sresponsibilities included quickly adapting to specific client accounts, leveraging subject matter expertise, and managing multiple responsibilities and projects.

Before joining Evolent Health, Lystra was employed at HealthHelp, where they served as the Director of Client Services from October 2018 to February 2021. In this role, they expanded their responsibilities to include management of P&L, implementation for new clients, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Lystra also worked as a Client Manager from June 2017 to February 2021, managing the company's second-largest client and handling authorization requests during a period of company acquisition.

Earlier in their career, Lystra worked at Texas Children's Hospital as the Regional Manager of Provider Relations from February 2016 to June 2017. Lystra was responsible for ensuring providers had necessary resources to serve their members and led a team of five direct reports. Prior to this, they held the position of Provider Relations Manager from October 2008 to February 2016. In this role, they visited local and regional providers, provided medical education, and facilitated access to resources. Lystra also played a key role in increasing attendance and engagement within the community.

Lystra began their career at Harris Health System - Community Health Choice in December 2004 as a Provider Relations Manager. Lystra'sresponsibilities included building and cultivating relationships with medical offices, clinics, and healthcare providers in the Houston Medical Center area. Lystra also led a team of eight representatives on a project to implement the new National Provider Identifier (NPI) system transition from December 2005 to October 2008.

Lystra McCoy holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Texas Woman's University. Lystra also has a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Eastern Kentucky University. In addition, they have obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (ICGB) certification from Texas Children's Hospital in March 2012.
